- Experience on Information Technology, good command over Microsoft Office, English typing and Bangla typing in Bijoy.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in reputed Bank or Financial Institutions.
Responsibilities & Context
Job Description / Responsibility
- Marketing and visit, selecting client, Analyzing and verifying financial statements & related information provided in the Loan Application and identifying Credit risks involved in proposal and mitigates therewith as well as achieving business target.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements related to approval of a loan facility and also ensure quality of portfolio as well as better business that will add value to the organization;
- Maintaining relationship with the clients to retain for institution and provide different types of service as per client’s business requirement;
- Assist of Loan/Lease approval to monitoring process:
- Collecting and evaluate the loan related documents from client;
- Analyze the Project finance and Credit risk related information;
- Prepare the Credit Report for Credit Committee, Executive Committee & Board Meeting;
- Compliance meet with Credit committee, Executive & Board Minutes;
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance of Sanction conditions;
- Timely execute the Loan/Lease facilities by considering any charges and monitoring & supervise the disbursed fund for timely collection of installments/rentals;
- Assist of monthly overdue, disbursement and execution status;
- Co-ordination of all pre & post sanction activities of all necessary loan documents;
- Assist Credit Administration department for Preparing sanction letter, Loan agreement, Demand Promissory Note, Letter of Continuity and related charge documents;
- Branches Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) client visit and evaluation;
- Any others task assigned by the Management.
