  • 1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment

  • Creating job descriptions that attract qualified candidates

  • Finding and assessing candidates with specialized skills

  • Coordinating with technical and management teams to evaluate candidates.

  • Ensuring new hires have the resources and support they need for a smooth transition.

  • 2. Employee Relations and Engagement

  • Mediating issues between employees or between employees and management to maintain a positive workplace culture

  • Organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback sessions to boost morale.

  • Acting as a bridge between management and employees, facilitating transparent communication.

  • 3. Performance Management

  • Helping define performance objectives

  • Managing performance reviews, providing feedback, and working with employees on career growth

  • Identifying training needs and implementing skill development programs.

  • 5. Learning and Development

  • Providing access to relevant training, workshops, and certifications that keep employees updated with the latest technologies and skills.

  • Assisting in individual development plans for employees and mentoring them to grow within the company.

  • 6. Compliance and Policy Management

  • Establishing guidelines and policies on issues like working hours, remote work, data security, and acceptable use of technology.

  • Ensuring the organization complies with labor laws, data protection regulations, and industry-specific laws.

  • Creating and implementing programs that maintain a safe and inclusive work environment.
