- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in leading teams or mentoring junior staff is a plus.

Role Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Research Executive to lead and manage GIS research projects. This role involves working with cutting-edge GIS technologies, analyzing spatial data, and contributing to strategic decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GIS methodologies, research, and spatial data analysis, with the ability to lead a team and collaborate across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage GIS research projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of results.
- Analyze and interpret complex spatial data sets to support business objectives and strategic initiatives.
- Design and implement GIS-based models and tools to address research questions and improve decision-making processes.
- Provide expert guidance on GIS technologies, tools, and best practices to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Present research findings and data visualizations to senior management and external partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, urban planners, and environmental experts, to integrate GIS research into broader projects.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in GIS technologies and industry trends, recommending new approaches and tools to improve research capabilities.
- Mentor and support junior team members in GIS techniques and project management.
