The applicant must have working experience in bond with a large garment accessories industry.
The applicant must have working experience in Material Control/Store with a large Garments Accessories industry.
Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
Positive work ethic and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
Ability to achieve the target within a short lead time.
Responsibilities & Context
Manage and maintain accurate Receive and Issue records of all materials, Inventory taking, and Quantity checking as per the procedure;
Ensure proper maintenance and operation of the store, such as safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch.
Ensure goods inbound & outbound, warehouse management, safety, and security within the store.
Ensure proper deliveries and make sure inventory control
Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
Keep costs and other overheads within the budgeted limit.
Develop and maintain the software-based system for materials delivered to the production floor as per plan.
Maintain close liaison with the Sales/Marketing Department and cater to their requirement successfully.
Follow and implement the operational strategies and procedures according to the company policy.
Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned/ vested task in the best possible way.
Ensure daily/weekly stock report.
Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
