  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and market analysis.

Responsibilities & Context

Responsibilities:

Market Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automotive lubricants segment across Dhaka and Chattogram.

  • Build and expand the network of distributors, retailers, workshops, and fleet operators.

  • Conduct market research to assess customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities in the region.

Sales Activities:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for automotive lubricants.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for clients, highlighting benefits and solutions.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate untapped markets and grow market share.

Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end-users to ensure long-term partnerships.

  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct regular visits to clients to foster strong business relationships.

Strategic Planning & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and branding initiatives.

  • Plan and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to showcase the company’s products.

  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to maximize revenue potential.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and client feedback in Dhaka and Chattogram.

  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to the Regional Sales Manager.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve product positioning and market strategy.
