  • Specially: Bakery biscuits, Powruti, cake, Bun etc.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Conduct quality checks throughout production and control the release of finished goods.
  • Oversee calibration, validation and maintenance of job instruments and QC documents.
  • Acquire samples of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products as per sampling plan and proceed to prepare them for analysis, incorporating proper labelling and documentation.
  • Ensuing proper testing, sorting and quality of food. Ensuring food & controlling product quality through proper procedures.
  • To assist the head of unit in all his duties as required.
  • Ensure product wise costing.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international food safety standards (e.g., HALAL, HACCP, ISO22000:2018).
  • Identify areas for improvement within quality control processes.
