Responsibilities & Context
- Maintenance of Electric Sub -Station, Generator, Pumps distribution panel, HT, LT & PFI in the factory;
- Maintenance of PLC, Electric Control Panels, Fire Protection & Fighting Systems including Lifts, HVACs and other equipment’s in the factory;
- Prepare and execute regular preventive maintenance schedules of all electric and electro-mechanical equipment’s in the factory;
- Ensure all electric, electronic and mechanical equipment’s and machineries are running without interruption;
- Ensuring the spare parts availability with timely raising indent & procuring;
- Handle & Maintain of boilers, generators, compressors, AC, Dryers etc;
- Coordinate with the compliance for lSO, Accord, WRAP and Alliance requirement;
- Estimating the material requirements and cost of different electrical works of the factory;
- Train the technical staff and make them efficient in their job role;
- Estimating the time-frame for completion different electrical works;
- Any other electrical task as per requirements;
- Other jobs assign by the Management.
