Additional Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform regular maintenance of generators, cutting machines, sewing machines, lasting machines and laser machines.

2. Troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure smooth factory operations.

3. Develop and implement maintenance plans for critical equipment.

4. Inspect and evaluate machine conditions for optimal performance.

5. Plan and request necessary parts and accessories in advance.

6. Maintain detailed maintenance logs and reports.

7. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.

8. Ensure all machinery complies with safety regulations.

9. Execute other tasks assigned by management.

Academic Qualification & Experience:

• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the footwear industry.

• Employment Status: Full-time.

• Salary: Negotiable
