Responsibilities & Context

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with the resort’s vision and revenue goals.
  • Analyze international market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure campaign success.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and identity across all channels and markets.
  • Curate compelling stories and experiences that align with the luxury positioning of the resort.
  • Develop partnerships with influencers, luxury brands, and global travel agents to enhance brand reputation.

Digital Marketing and Online Presence:

  • Oversee the development and optimization of the resort’s website, ensuring it appeals to a global audience.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns, SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies to drive online bookings.
  • Monitor and engage with audiences on social media platforms, utilizing analytics to guide decisions.

Event Marketing and Collaborations:

  • Design and execute exclusive events to showcase the resort to key markets and target demographics.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with travel publications, bloggers, and luxury travel networks.
  • Represent the resort at international travel fairs, expos, and networking events.

Campaign Management and Execution:

  • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor media in key international markets.
  • Oversee creative development, including advertisements, brochures, videos, and other promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, PR, and operations, to ensure alignment.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and campaign metrics.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports showcasing ROI, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
