Responsibilities & Context

The position is project based and the location is at Mymensingh city.

Supervise Health Workers, Paramedics of satellite clinics; Organize satellite clinics; Help to organize community film shows and other events for mobilization on nutrition, safe delivery, obstetric emergencies, antenatal/postnatal care, Neonatal care, adolescent health family planning, RTI/STI, child health. Etc.; Conduct awareness meeting/health education, clinic probation activities; Identify local community organizations and leaders to involve them with the project; Create awareness on violence against women and provide household level support to the victims etc.·

• Supervision, Monitoring the Program specially Outreach and BCC Program.
• Attend the different local GO/ NGO Program meeting behalf at PA-Representative. Support the logistics collection from GO authority (EPI, FP, NTP).·
• Responsibilities for Micro plan of local program, Responsibilities for Supervise and support local Committees Meeting and Participation. Community Program Supervision
• Regular Community Visit for monitoring the program performance & activities of Service Promoter & FWA·
• Responsibilities for Supervise and UWPHCC Committees Meetings, User forum meetings·
• Knowledge & Practice of Pregnant Mother, Eligible Capable, (0-5) Children Family & Other People for health & Social issues.·
• Regular update of ANC register and visit the ANC Mother as per EDD list·
• Visit the Outreach center for supervise & Necessary Support the Outreach Service Management and Counseling.·
• Follow-up the work plan wise activities of Service Promoter & FWA worker.
• Regular update information of Red Card register
