- Plan, organize, and execute various events, including conferences, weddings, and corporate gatherings
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, preferences, and requirements
- Coordinate with vendors, such as caterers, decorators, and audiovisual teams
- Create and manage detailed event timelines, ensuring all elements are executed smoothly
- Oversee event setup, breakdown, and logistics to ensure a flawless experience
- Manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Handle client inquiries, changes, and concerns throughout the planning process and during events
- Provide leadership and direction to event staff, including coordinators and support personnel
- Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices in event management
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement
