  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills
  • Excellent in Sales Planning and Managing Operations and Marketing, well known in BD.
  • Have good communication managing, organizing, negotiation, Creative thinking and problem-solving skill.
  • Effective communication & coordination skills with related departments.
  • Should be hard working, sincere & ready to work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Mainly responsible for the business growth of lubricants products.
  • Manage the overall lubricants business (B2B, B2C, Retail, and Marine) to achieve set targets.
  • Plan, coordinate and promote the sales of B2B & B2C Lubricants to existing and new customers directly, through our distributors and through the multiproduct sales force with the objective of achieving the sales, gross margin and market share objectives within the prescribed time limits.
  • Support sales team to reply to tenders by providing technical and pricing support.
  • Build up media plan, with support of Marketing Manager, to ensure annual coverage. In addition, maintain/enhance relationship/ partnership with OEMs/ Importers of vehicles and equipment.
  • Maintain and develop favorable relations with the distributors and customers through the effective delivery on our promise and differentiate our offer from competition.
  • Supervise the work of the team so that they meet the set targets in both volume and profitability.
  • Coordinate pricing of Lubricants to end customers with a view to optimize margin levels while remaining competitive on the market place.
  • Monitor the purchase and stock level and value of Lubes in close collaboration with the Supply Chain & Stock Controller with a view to maintain stock levels as low as reasonably possible without compromising business opportunities.
  • Pro-actively identify opportunities / facilities for new products and assist with field trials in conjunction with product and market specialists as required.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the BOD.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Any other assignment given by the top management.
