Responsibilities & Context

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Divine Holdings Ltd. is looking for some competent candidates for the position of “Head of Sales” for its Sales Team.
  • Independently handling Sales Operations and responsible for all aspects of contract management including proposal development, pricing, customer negotiations, customer communications, and successful sales closing.
  • The candidate will plan and coordinate proper execution of the sales function.
  • The candidate should be able to lead a large sales team.
  • The position requires frequent field visits.
  • The candidate will be required to execute continuous market research and explore new business opportunities.
  • Responsible for negotiation with clients and assisting/participating in the negotiation process.
  • Responsible for attending various events organized or participated by the company.
  • Ensuring the best service to existing clients to ensure long-term business relationships.
  • Preparing different sales and forecasting reports.
  • Interfacing with Corporate Management to develop commercial strategies and solutions that will meet customer requirements as well as meet or exceed business goals.
  • Execute the sales strategy to ensure the organization’s vision is realized.
  • Hitting monthly/quarterly targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets.
  • Conduct Sales-related campaigns and activation programs.
  • Identify potential markets/ clients along with new sales opportunities.
  • Leading sales team to obtain assigned targets.
  • Create and manage the database and align it with the organizational system.
  • Maintain relationships with the customers.
  • Monitor existing competitor’s activities and compete accordingly.
