Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • PGDHRM or LLB degrees will be an added advantage
  • Certification in Labor Laws or Compliance (preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR and compliance, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry setting.

Experience

  • 5 to 7 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Prepare annual HR budget effectively.
  • Employee recruitment, payroll management and HR databases are updated regularly.
  • Develop plant HR, Safety, and Environment manual, related procedures, guidelines, forms, & checklists following HSE policy/guidelines and assist plant management implementation.
  • Handle disciplinary actions properly as per labor law.
  • New joined employee orientation.
  • Manages staff and operations relating to employment, employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits administration, and risk management.
  • Address areas of non-conformance to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards through corrective actions.
  • Evaluate risk factors that impact efficiency.
  • Establish a system to train all workers/staff/employees on Environmental, Safety and protection on a demonstration basis to ensure mission success.
  • Perform a Training Need Analysis (TNA), train and educate staff on HSE topics to keep them informed of any legal changes and updates to compliance guidelines and maintain training records.
  • Prepare internal audit plan, conduct internal audit as per schedule and report to management regarding the improvement of the system.
  • Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions.
  • Advise on the maintenance and improvement of safe systems of work.
  • Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety.
  • Enhance health and safety culture in the organization.
  • Implements any other task as per assigned by management.
  • Any other task assigned by management.
