- We would like to announce an opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our newly formed Business Development Team.
- In this role, you will identify, evaluate new business opportunities across various industries. You will work under the direct supervision of the Deputy Managing Director (DMD), to explore and identity business opportunities for the Group.
Responsibilities:
Research and Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive research on potential business targets.
- Perform industry analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective investments or business ventures.
Financial Modeling:
- Develop detailed financial models to support investment decisions.
- Perform valuation analysis using various methodologies.
- Conduct sensitivity analysis to assess risk and potential returns.
Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry experts and advisors.
- Network with potential business targets to source new opportunities.
Strategic Guidance:
- Provide strategic advice to portfolio companies on operational improvements.
- Assist in the development and execution of growth initiatives.
- Support portfolio companies on operational investments, growth initiatives and plans.
