Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic sales executive to drive business growth and market expansion for our washing chemicals and enzymes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of washing processes, effects, and techniques, with the ability to provide product trials, deliver impactful presentations, and build lasting customer relationships.
- Direct and coordinate sales activities for washing chemicals and enzymes.
- Conduct product trials, effectively demonstrate product performance, and address technical inquiries.
- Deliver compelling presentations to customers, showcasing product value propositions.
- Develop and execute strategies to align product offerings with market demands.
- Analyze customer requirements, propose cost-effective solutions, and create pricing proposals.
- Acquire new customers while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Drive business growth by identifying market opportunities and leveraging existing product lines.
- Provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to uphold the company’s reputation.
