Identify and pursue new business leads and opportunities. Establish relationships with key decision-makers and industry leaders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Negotiate and establish strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations with external organizations to drive business growth.
Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for new business opportunities and clients.
Provide regular sales forecasts and report on business development progress to senior management.
Monitor KPIs and ensure business development goals are met.
Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
