Responsibilities & Context

• Develop precise color formulas based on customer artwork and specifications.
• Mixing color to achieve require standard for printing like Rubber, Glitter, Flock Lamination, Sublimation, Photo Print, High Density, Foil, Pigment, Discharge etc.
• Ensuring best output and timely production of Printing as per production plan with due consideration of quality.
• Managing screen print section both table & machine printing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve color-related issues in production.
• Printing cost calculation and suggesting the cost-effective solutions.
• Train staff on color management techniques and processes.
• Document color formulations and maintain a database for repeat orders
