Responsibilities & Context

• Strong MIS skills with the ability to perform manual calculations while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Responsible for system entry and authorization tasks across various modules in CBS/CPPS, ensuring error-free processing of collections, allocations, loan disbursements, work order adjustments, and account closures.
• Reconcile bank accounts related to investments and circulate reconciliation details to relevant stakeholders, including the Debtor Manager and Service Manager.
• Handle financial transactions, including resolving SCF finance-related issues and managing EMI/SND/LPC adjustments with proper system authorization.
• Review and process disbursement-related documents, ensuring compliance with approval protocols and addressing queries from Relationship Managers or Coordinators.
• Prepare DCLs for disbursement, renewal, and limit enhancement requests, ensuring proper approval as per delegation authority.Issue refund payments via cheque, RTGS, or EFTN, ensuring proper signatures and online authorization.
• Maintain MIS updates for document tracking, including incomplete and imperfect databases, while ensuring smooth management of financial documentation.
• Process documentation fees and ensure proper CBS/CPPS entry for honoring at the IPDC bank account.Address legal queries, prepare settlement calculations, and handle issues related to account takeovers, including issuing and responding to takeover letters.
• Work closely with the Internal Audit team to resolve queries, manage e-ticket tasks, and resolve system-related issues with the BT team.
