Responsibilities & Context

• Ensure individual yearly business target of home loan.
• Post disbursement monitoring the clients and in case of any overdue recovery of the same.
• To achieve Individual/ Team Home Loan business target on daily, weekly & monthly basis set by respective Team Manager/ Management of Alliance Finance Limited.
• Managing (Recovery and Documentation) Home Loan Portfolio effectively·
• Collect and complete applications with all required documents on daily basis from good and prospective clients.
• Prepare call report on daily, weekly & monthly basis and submit to Team Manager regularly.
• Ensure proper filling up of application forms by clients.
• Ensure collection of all documents from the respective clients only and also concerned regarding the authentication of those documents.
• Ensure proper service provided to each and every customer as par company policy.
• Ensure the proper completion formalities regarding TPA, Mortgage and IGPA of Home loan client.
• TPA realization follow up with developer on due time.
