Responsibilities & Context
- PO Process (From Input Order to Delivery).
- Communication with customer (by both phone & email).
- Internal Communication (with P&O,Production Control & Commercial Team).
- Price & Color registration.
- Follow up with production as daily operation.
- Check LC, outstanding payment with customer and Follow up regularly to reduce unshipment.
- DTM Follow up
- Slider purchase & follow up.
- Arrange sample to customer.
- Check PI before confirm the order to avoid the mistake.
- Any other task assigned by the department manager.
