Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a Marketing and Social Media Coordinator, who will be responsible for assisting in the creation, management and analysis of marketing content and social media campaigns. This role involves supporting daily marketing operations and contributing to the overall marketing strategy ensuring that all marketing and communication initiatives align seamlessly with the company’s overarching goals and brand identity to drive growth and foster engagement.

Content Development:

  • Assist in developing original content customized for different social media platforms such as videos and infographics ensuring relevance and engagement.
  • Maintain content calendar to schedule and track content production and publication by regularly updating and refreshing content.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure marketing and communications strategies and contents are in line with the company’s brand positioning, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Social Media Management:

  • Assist in developing and publishing content tailored for each social media platform by taking into account the unique features and audience preferences of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
  • Track engagement metrics, such as likes, shares, comments, and mentions, to assess audience interaction and ensure effective communication to foster a sense of community.

Campaign Execution:

  • Assist in planning the details of marketing campaigns, including timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure all elements such as graphic design, copywriting, and media buying are aligned and executed efficiently.
  • Provide support in implementing campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms and oversee the rollout process to address any issues that may arise promptly.

Performance Analytics:

  • Assist in evaluating metrics such as reach and engagement rate for campaigns to understand what’s working and what’s not.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and generate reports summarizing performance and engagement insights.
