Responsibilities & Context
- Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the strategic direction of the pre-school, creating a collaborative and child-friendly environment.
- Child-Centred Programs: Leverage psychological expertise to design programs supporting children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development.
- Community Engagement: Build positive relationships with parents and the local Moghbazar community, ensuring inclusivity and warmth.
- Program Development: Oversee curriculum planning and implementation, integrating contemporary research in child psychology and early education.
