- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in order to provide engaging and accurate information about tour destinations.
- Ability to handle unexpected situations and make decisions quickly and effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and manage unforeseen challenges during tours.
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the satisfaction and comfort of clients throughout the tour.
- Strong organizational abilities to coordinate all aspects of the tour, including accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of clients during the tour.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity to ensure respectful interactions with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Proficiency in travel management software and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities:
To excel in this role, you will be responsible for:
- Plan and organize domestic and international tours, considering client preferences, budget, and travel regulations.
- Coordinate travel reservations, including accommodation, transportation, and activities, ensuring all bookings are accurate and timely.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a network of suppliers, including hotels, airlines, and local tour operators.
- Monitor and oversee tour activities, providing on-ground support to clients and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Design and implement innovative tour itineraries that offer unique and enriching experiences for clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote tour packages and special offers through various channels.
- Oversee all logistical aspects of the tour, including transportation arrangements, accommodation coordination, and activity scheduling.
- Handle any customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
- Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service and personalized attention.
Compensation & Other Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of 20,000 BDT per month along with 2 festival bonuses.
