Job Purpose:

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, achieving regional targets, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring the effective distribution of Wanlin Technology’s products. This role plays a key part in building and sustaining strong customer relationships and expanding market share in the designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and address challenges.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to the senior management team.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the regional sales team.
  • Set clear performance objectives and regularly evaluate team achievements.
  • Motivate and empower the team to meet individual and collective sales goals.

Market Development

  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities for Wanlin Technology’s product range.
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts in the region.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products.

Operational Efficiency

  • Oversee inventory levels, distribution channels, and regional supply chain logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and brand standards.
