Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 45 years
- At least 12-year(s) experience with minimum 02(two) years as equivalent in a reputed organization.
- Applicant should have experience of commercial work in knit Composite Garments Industry.
- Strong communication skill in English is required for both speaking & writing.
- Should have knowledge on the customs & International Trade rules, HS code etc.
- Having sound knowledge of Clearing & Forwarding (C&F), Customs Bond rules & regulations etc.
Responsibilities & Context
- Directly deal with the Top Management with 100% Honesty and dedication in all aspect.
- Responsible for Barnali Textile & Printing Industries (Pvt.) Ltd, Barnali Collections Ltd and also for other sister concerns.
- Follow-up, monitoring and supervision of all commercial works as Head of Commercial department.
- Arrangement of all required documentation and certification for new company formation like new Bond License, VAT Registration Certificate, VAT Exemption Certificate, Import Registration Certificate (IRC), Export Registration Certificate (ERC), Board of Investment Approval, Trade License, Fire License, BKMEA Membership Certificate, Group insurance for the workers employed in the factory, Boiler License, Export Promotion Bureau Certificate, BSTI Certificate etc. and renewal of the certificates.
- Follow up Import & Export related activities, Cash Incentive, In-Bond, Ex-Bond, UP, UD statement with Custom-Bond Register, Bond Audit etc.
- Follow up and Ensure proper compliance in Commercial activities / practices in accordance with new or changing National & International standards, regulations and laws like UCPDC, Import Policy, Export Policy and Guideline for Foreign Exchange Transection, VAT & SD Act, Customs Act etc.
- To maintain good Liaison with the different government authorities & resolve all compliance related issues.
- Checking the terms of Export LC/Contract and opening BTB LC against their on by a justified way.
- Follow-up of shipment of raw materials and tracking of raw material until in-house, Monitoring and handling of Shipping Line, negotiation with them, identifying the better alternates very professionally.
- Conducting yearly customs audit properly, Inclusion of raw material, addition & deduction of machinery, allocation of quantity and all other customs related work proficiently and independently.
- Dealing with C & F agent, monitoring their work very carefully and negotiation of different charges with them.
- To prepare of various financial report and ensure timely reporting.
