Responsibilities & Context
Land Selling :
- Proven experience in asset selling and working with real estate companies. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for properties. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them make informed decisions about asset purchases.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to address queries and provide updates on new opportunities. Maintain an updated database of all client interactions and activities for future references.
Market Exploration & New Business Opportunities:
- Initiate and execute action plans to identify new markets and business growth opportunities. Identify and establish contact with prospective clients, maintaining consistent engagement. Work proactively to generate business ideas and strategies for increasing profitability.
Sales Reporting & Record Keeping:
- Ensure proper record-keeping of all activities, including client interactions and sales data, in company’s systems. Analyze and prepare regular reports on market trends, sales performance, and competitor strategies for higher management.
Team Collaboration & Idea Generation:
- Share innovative ideas and strategies with management and colleagues to improve business outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective client solutions. Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions to improve sales and operational efficiency.
Market Trends & Competitor business Analysis:
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitors’ strategies to identify risks and opportunities. Keep management updated on market dynamics and recommend adjustments to strategies as needed.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Act as a bridge between clients and the company to resolve issues and ensure high level of satisfaction. Develop trust and rapport with clients to promote positive feedback and repeat business.
Compliance & Task Management:
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards. Handle additional tasks or projects assigned by management as part of daily operations.
