Education

Experience

• 1 to 3 years

  Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Toiletries
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context

• Random sampling and checking the quality of RM with due reporting.
• Responsible for on line quality control of every product.
• Ensure packing material quality by random sampling and checking.
• Ensure finished product quality as per company policy and time to time guidelines.
• Make a comment on GRN and incorporating necessary directions.
• Supervising RM and Finished Product warehouse and pest control activities.
• Preparing on line QC report and communicate with shift miller and Operations Manager as well immediately if there is any disconformities found.
• Prepare and send moisture calculation report to the supervisor.
• Coordinating with cleaner supervisor regarding cleanliness on worker and inside environment.
• Calibration of QC apparatus timely and to inform concerned person with necessary requirements, if any.
• Monthly report on moisture gain on total consumptions of RM.
• Visiting customer for handling Quality Control quarries/objections.
• Strong vigilance on market return product as prescribed and duly inform to supervisor.
