Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities

• Engage with KOLs in Oncology, Hematology, & Virology to foster relationships, facilitate scientific discussions, and gather insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Coordinate and lead scientific sessions and gather feedback on products and initiatives.
• Provide medical and scientific expertise and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Regulatory Affairs
• to ensure alignment of strategies and tactics.
• Provide medical education and training to internal teams, including Sales representatives, to ensure a deep understanding of product features, clinical data, and therapeutic benefits.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on scientific topics, clinical data, and therapeutic advancements to internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of medical communications materials, including scientific publications, slide decks, and educational resources.
• Field visit for observing field activity, Rx follow-up, relationship development with the doctors, market knowledge and promotional policy development.
• Any special works assigned by Management
