To Stream Line the QMS of the Manufacturing.
Introduce new water saving techniques of washing and finishing.
Efficient utilization of stream and use water at ration 1:5 instead of 1:10 .
Reduce the garment error with QA system, and water ration 1:5-6 instead of 1:10 now and the re-washing.
As per buyer environmental requirements.

Ability to troubleshoot washing-related issues and provide guidance for reprocess and re-wash minimization.
Strong background in washing quality control, measurement systems, and shade band approvals.
Understanding of customer requirements for washing and shade consistency, with experience aligning production with commercial needs.
Attend meetings on lot approvals and highlight garment washing chemical effects.
Prepare analysis reports on washing performance.
Involve in development stages to understand customer wash demands.
Guideline for washing to meet customer test requirements.
Production follows up with washing Plant.
Problem Solving during Bulk Production.
Sourcing for the different washing plants and getting the Price Idea ,Cost Analysis.
