Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience

• Basic computer knowledge & English language proficiency.

Responsibilities & Context

• Production Card receive, production schedule make.
• Chemical using of plating M/C as per requirement.
• Handle Chemical as per MSDS rules.
• Maintain chemical in house stock as per ISO; EMS guideline.
• Daily requisition of material and arrange for delivery.
• Give completion entry of PR card.
• Follow up production and garbage.
• M/C operation control.
• Delay & Remake maintain.
• 5S & Safety control.
• RAW & Sub-material FIFO maintain.
• Color check/Pass/Unlevel control.
• Supervise worker’s activity & Machine Maintenance, TPM.
• Identify the safety risk of machine or materials and taken action.
• Willing to do shifting duty.
• Willing to do OT if required.
• Any other task assign by the department manager.
