Requirements

Education

Masters of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering (Structure) from any reputed university, preferably from a public university.

Experience

10 to 12 years

Additional Requirements

Age 35 to 45 years

Must have minimum 10-12 years of practical experience in related work. Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical reports and statements independently.

Additional Requirements:

Applicants should have experience in the following business area (Real Estate):
Candidate should be Experienced in structural design of high-rise building (Commercial & Residential).
He should be Conversant with BNBC & ACI code.
Experienced in structural analysis and design of both RCC and steel structure.
Ability to manage construction projects.
Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skill, ability to work under pressure.
Deep understanding of construction procedures, material and project management principles.

Responsibilities & Context

Context:

TANVIR CONSTRUCTIONS LIMITED is considered one of the promising construction companies in Bangladesh. The activities of TANVIR CONSTRUCTIONS LIMITED includes but are not limited to (i) Civil constructions such as Runway Construction, Road Construction (Flexible Pavement, Rigid Pavement), Bridges, Multi-Storied High-Rise Buildings, Culverts, RCC drainage structures, etc. (ii) Computerized toll operation and maintenance of Bridges and Roads.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating with the architects and external consultants to finalize the structural design of a building and solving the design related problems.
To guide and supervise CAD detailer in drafting process and preparing structural drawings.
Top supervision and ensuring the quality of structural works as per design and specifications.
Checking of test results of different construction materials.
Devising new approaches to problem solving and preparing modification of drawings & specifications.
Attending field reviews, on-site meetings and project meetings and coordinating schedule reviews.
