Responsibilities & Context

• Prepare all sales invoices in time and provide DA wise summary as per the received order.
• Posting of cash, credit payment and petty cash payment & adjustment.
• Checking all email regularly and give feedback timely.
• Daily and monthly closing data send IT dept. timely.
• Prepare reports as per need of supervisor.
• Maintenance of Computer, Printer, UPS
• Support DIC for distribution services as and when required
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Management.
• Maintain proper stock of Invoice Paper, Tonner and raise requisition timely
