Key Responsibilities:
- Policy Development: Draft, implement, and revise HR policies to maintain compliance and best practices.
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s overall goals, ensuring a high-performance culture.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Lead the recruitment process to attract top talent, design retention programs, and oversee onboarding processes.
- Performance Management: Develop performance evaluation systems, set key objectives for employees, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Learning & Development: Oversee training programs, career development plans, and skill enhancement initiatives to ensure employee growth.
- Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits packages to attract and retain talent.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, foster a harmonious workplace, and ensure compliance with labor laws and ethical standards.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all HR policies and practices.
