Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Technology

• BSc. Engineering in Food Technology/ Biochemistry/ Applied Chemistry from any reputed University.

Experience

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 35 years (Flexible).
• Experience in product development with the similar role will get preference.
• Candidates with certified training in FSMS, BRC, EMS, IMS & ISO from local/abroad will get preference.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Gather formulation guidelines and technical information to support product development from diverse and reliable sources.
• Oversee the performance and quality of new products after commercialization.
• Conduct periodic evaluations to ensure alignment with market and company standards.
• Analyze performance and quality of competitors’ products to identify industry benchmarks and opportunities for differentiation.
• Analyze post-commercialization feedback to identify and address quality parameters that require enhancement.
• Investigate product-related complaints to determine root causes and implement improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Improve existing products and processes and develop new products to meet evolving market demands
