Responsibilities & Context
Annex City Limited, stands as a leading force in the real estate sector, specializing in the construction of premium residential and commercial complexes. We are currently expanding our Sales & Marketing Team and seeking passionate professionals to join us.
- Design and review sales plans periodically.
- Execute the sales strategy to achieve the organization’s vision.
- Formulate periodic targets and optimize accordingly.
- Achieve monthly targets, build relationships, and understand customer trends.
- Develop and manage sales budgets.
- Conduct sales-related campaigns and activation programs.
- Identify potential markets/clients and new sales opportunities.
- Lead sales teams to achieve assigned targets.
- Establish guidelines to develop effective sales strategies and ensure an extraordinary customer experience.
- Manage and monitor the daily growth and development of assigned campaigns.
- Create and manage databases aligned with the organizational system.
- Maintain relationships with customers.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Generate periodic reports and presentations.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by Supervisor/Management related to the role.
