Responsibilities & Context

• Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out.

• Handle reservations and manage room availability.

• Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.

• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for seamless service.

• Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate records.

• Ensure the front desk area is organized and professional.

• Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
