Job Responsibilities:

Candidates with experience in Real Estate sector will be given preference.
Must be able to meet his own Targets.
Must have the knowledge about FAR and other rules and regulations of various authorities.
Design, Drafting, 3D modelling and Visualization of Architectural projects.
Exclusive Interior & Furniture design along with project supervision.
Project Planning and Site design management with Clients and Workers.
Select materials, furniture, and finishes that enhance the overall design and meet budget constraints.
Concept, Plan, Elevation and Section, with detailed working drawing.
Realistic 3D interior Modeling and rendering skill.
Preparing detailed measurements, working drawings, interior designing and detailing layout plans, sections, elevations, and project plans.
Prepare Exterior & Interior/ Architectural design concepts, plan, elevation, detail working drawing, 3D Visualization and cost estimation.
Designing residential & commercial spaces, retail and office spaces, Strategic thinking to achieve the aims of the project safety/cost/time/quality/sustainability
Oversee all phases of design and implementation to ensure the project meets high-quality standards.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
