Responsibilities & Context

• Provide expert advice to student’s on applying for study visa to South Korea & Japan.
• Communicate effectively with clients, sub-agents, and other organizations to answer questions and track application progress.
• Review student’s eligibility based on visa requirements and guide them accordingly.
• Hold counselling sessions to help students select the right study programs and universities abroad.
• Plan and participate in events, seminars, and information sessions to promote services.
• Keep records of students’ information secure and ensure data privacy.
• Offer excellent customer service, and follow up with students.
• Maintain professional communication with partner universities, stay informed about visa rules & procedures, and updates.
