Responsibilities & Context

The Relationship Manager/Assistant Relationship Manager in Trade Marketing (Franchise Operations) will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting ISHO’s franchise partners, ensuring effective implementation of marketing initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with franchisees to enhance brand presence and sales. This position requires a combination of marketing expertise, relationship management skills, and operational efficiency to support the company’s franchise growth.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for franchise partners, addressing their needs and queries promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees to ensure alignment with ISHO’s brand and business objectives.
  • Coordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales initiatives across franchise locations.
  • Provide franchisees with the necessary tools, guidelines, and materials to execute marketing activities effectively.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide feedback to improve future efforts.
  • Ensure franchisees adhere to ISHO’s operational standards, policies, and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the franchise operations team to resolve any operational issues faced by franchisees.
  • Monitor franchise performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Conduct training sessions for franchise staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
  • Organize workshops or meetings to share best practices among franchisees.
  • Conduct market research to understand local market trends and customer behavior in franchise locations Identify opportunities for growth and recommend actionable strategies for franchise partners.
