- Good computer literacy especially in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint;
- Strong communication skills;
- The candidate must demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work in both day and night shifts as required.
Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and implement shift-wise production plans aligned with the shipment schedule to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare daily delivery budgets for all styles and ensure adherence to targets.
- Create and maintain “Plan vs. Achieve” reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Track the progress of all styles from production to delivery completion, ensuring schedules are met.
- Oversee shade band and closing style activities to maintain quality and consistency.
- Collaborate in preparing the monthly wash plan for production requirements.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
