Educational Requirement: Diploma in Food Technology

Conduct routine checks on raw rice, rice during processing, and finished rice products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Perform sensory evaluations (color, odor, texture) and physical tests (moisture content, grain length, purity, etc.) of rice samples.
Monitor and record parameters such as moisture levels, temperature, and humidity throughout the rice milling process to prevent spoilage or deterioration.
Ensure finished product quality as per company policy and time to time guidelines.

Ensure that packaging materials, such as bags and labels, are consistent with specifications and meet industry regulations.
