Additional Requirements

Education Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree (BBA, BSc) from a reputed institution.

Experience in the research industry will be an added advantage, but not mandatory.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong organizational, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Passion for user-centered design and a desire to make a positive impact on product experiences.

• Experience in user research and wireframing.

• Experience with research methods (i.e., interviews, focus groups, usability testing) and design elements (Front-end development/Micro Interaction/Animation/Vector Design/Iconography).

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (i.e. MS Office, Google Sheets/ Docs/ Slides) is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context

Role

The Incumbent will conduct customer & product research and transform product ideas into meaningful user experiences through concept design, mockup creation, validation, and ultimate product finalization for assigned products. This position also requires supporting the company’s user research efforts and translating user insights into impactful product improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Illustrate Design Concepts: Create storyboards, process flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to visually communicate design ideas for assigned products.

• User-Centered Design: Translate design concepts into visuals and mock-ups that provide intuitive user experiences. Continuously iterate designs based on user research to ensure they meet needs and enhance product usability.

• Collaborate with Developers: Work closely with developers to prepare UI mock-ups and prototypes, making adjustments as needed for seamless integration and device-appropriate design solutions.

• Stay Current with Design Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools through ongoing learning to improve design practices.

• Research Support: Assist the research team in understanding research needs, preparing effective briefs, and conducting independent research projects using both qualitative and quantitative methods (i.e., surveys, interviews, usability testing).

• Secondary Research & Data Analysis: Conduct secondary research regularly, sharing insights with the team. Collect, analyze, and ensure the accuracy of research data.

• Reporting Research Findings: Synthesize research findings and prepare comprehensive, compelling reports and presentations for stakeholders.
