Lintas Bangladesh Co. Ltd. is a well reputed European lingerie company & diversified business conglomerates in Lingerie Garments, is currently going through a major expansion in its production/Operation, looking for only well skilled in Lingerie Garments product professional in for the position of Production Manager. Job Location: Adajmee EPZ, Siddhirganj, Narayanganj. Please only well experienced in Lingerie garments are allowed to apply.
- Experience as Production Manager must be in a Lingerie (Bra & Panty) Garment factory.
- Managing overall production related activities, monitoring and shipment in Factory.
- Managing production department and implement processes improvement activity to improve efficiency. Drive machine maintenance team to have most suitable machine ready prior to Production.
- Provide technical support when required to ensure customer quality standard.
- Clear knowledge on IE Layout, IE target, Efficiency and SMV.
- Responsible for driving the production plan.
- Responsible for achieving daily targets set by the Planning dept.
- Should have knowledge about line administration & production administration.
