Responsibilities & Context

Job Description:

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all on-site activities related to the execution of construction projects. You will ensure that the work is carried out safely, on time, and in compliance with all company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations and ensure that site activities are executed according to plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Engineers, and Contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and implement corrective actions to mitigate hazards.
• Manage site resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor work progress, prepare reports, and update management on project status.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, delays, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
• Handle On-site troubleshooting and provide solutions for any issues that arise.
