The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hotel Management
Computer Knowledge in MS Word, M S Excel and Power Point
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
Problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
Ability to work under pressure and utilize time effectively.

To oversee the total operations of the hotel.
To deliver hotel budget and set short and long term strategic goals.
To ensure full compliance to Hotel operating controls, policies, procedures and service standards.
Preparing subsequent achievement of the hotel’s annual Operating Budget and Marketing & Sales Plan.
Helping in the procurement of operating supplies and equipment, and contracting with third-party vendors for essential equipment’s and services.
To hold regular briefings and meetings with all head of departments.
Maximizing room yield and hotels revenue through innovative sales practices and yield management programs.
To manage on-going profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
Overseeing and working closely with department heads on a daily basis.
Handling complaints and oversee the service recovery procedures.
Developing improvement actions, carry out costs savings.
Closely monitor the hotels business reports on a daily basis and take decisions accordingly.
Manage and develop the Hotel Executive team to ensure career progression and development.
Any other jobs assigned by the management.
