Solid Microsoft Office skills are including Word, Excel, PowerPoint along with email management and internet surfing.
Capable of work in Team.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

We are seeking a talented and aspiring candidate who would join our team for meaningful contribution in our Manpower sector to reach the organization’s goal.

Job Responsibilities:

Good Understanding & Speaking Capability in Arabic.
VISA Section related all works.
(Medical online slip check, Mofa, Mofa update check by online, Police Clearance check by online, Embassy visa application form fill-up, Embassy submission list prepared, Enjaz visa update check, Arabic Letter drafting, Embassy file ready, etc.)
All Embassy related documentation works.
Write application on Arabic language, and translate Arabic language to English as well as Bangla.
Manage Daily Official works in Desk.
Manage Computer Related tasks and Communication with Saudi Delegates.
Write application on Arabic language, and translate Arabic language to English as well as Bengali.
Manage Computer Related tasks and communication with Saudi Embassy.
Any other task assign by the Management.
