Responsibilities & Context

Job Context: We are looking for a Senior Executive HR & Admin to assist our HR & Admin team. Candidate will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role the candidate should have experience as an HR & Admin, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deal with day-to-day administrative responsibilities and acknowledge the top authority accordingly.
  • Arrange and conduct the process of recruitment and selection according to company policy.
  • Review, update and maintain employee files and other HR documents in an efficiently, timely, orderly and confidential manner.
  • Monitoring and keeping records of employee attendance and leaves.
  • All-time office monitoring & communicating with people on behalf of the office.
  • Communicating with the required organization/offices for obtaining any type of legal Documents, Licenses, Permissions, and certificates new/renewal as per company requirements.
  • Preparing all kinds of Office Orders, Notices & Letters.
  • Develop, establish and implement a framework of organizational development process, policy & procedure.
  • Carry out the necessary paperwork in the office for record-keeping, correspondences and updating related files and arranging timely submission of payment of all bills and dues like telephone, electricity, water, gas, postal, document mailing, buyer entertainment etc. and maintain proper records thereof.
  • Maintain office discipline and behavior.
  • Ensuring activities in accordance with Labor Law.
  • Ensuring overall safety, security & cleanliness system.
  • As per necessity maintaining meetings with all sections in-charge.
  • Perform any other jobs assigned by the higher management.

Good Knowledge in MS Office and G Suite
