Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and quality standards.
Monitor contractor performance, resolve disputes, and ensure contract adherence.
Oversee project budgets, forecast costs, and manage expenditures within approved limits.
Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Provide regular financial and operational reports to senior management.
Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
