We are seeking dynamic, smart, and multitasking individuals to join our team as Manager, Sales and Marketing. The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead the Sales and Marketing Department to ensure the achievement of sales targets, oversee team performance, and drive marketing strategies for business growth. The SMM will act as a bridge between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve the company’s annual sales target.
  • Supervise and guide Senior Executive Sales (SES) and the Sales and Marketing Executive (SME).
  • Plan and monitor lead conversion efforts and ensure sales targets are met on time.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing and branding initiatives.
  • Act as the coordination point between clients, the engineering department, and the design department to ensure seamless project execution and communication.
  • Build and maintain special relationships with key clients and potential referral sources to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Provide full customer care support, ensuring client satisfaction from initial contact to project completion and beyond.
  • Analyze market trends, client data, and performance reports to identify opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the CEO and the Director.
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
  • Resolve escalated client issues and negotiate with high-value clients when necessary.
